Taylor Swift Accuse Dad Scott, of Assaulting and Molesting her Before her Eras Tour in Sydney
At 34 years of age, Taylor is a “billionaire” and has released 10 original studio albums, four re-recorded studio albums, five extended plays, and four live albums.
Before turning 34 last year, it was revealed that Taylor was worth an eyewatering $1.1 billion (£910,386,400).
But Taylor’s success was kickstarted when she was just a teenager and when in 2004, at the age of 14, she signed a music publishing deal with Sony/ATV.
This came after Scott and Taylor’s mum Andrea decided to uproot their lives and relocate to Hendersonville, just outside of Nashville.
And then, in 2006 Taylor signed with Big Machine Records and scored her first Top 40 hit with Tim McGraw, followed by more hit singles and her self-titled debut album.
And, according to reports, Taylor’s father Scott Swift owns a stake in the Big Machine Label Group, with this playing a crucial role in shaping the singer’s early career.
Scott, who once worked as a stockbroker for the wealth management company Merrill Lynch, bought a three percent stake in the company for a reported $300,000, it has been claimed.
