The drama surrounding Blake Lively and her It Ends With Us co-star Justin Baldoni has taken a surprising turn, pulling in pop icon Taylor Swift and her boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce.

What began as a legal dispute between Lively and Baldoni has now spiraled into a high-profile controversy, with Swift’s name unexpectedly tied to the $400 million lawsuit.

Back in December 2024, Lively filed a lawsuit against Baldoni, alleging sexual harassment during the filming of their movie. Baldoni denied the claims and hit back with a $400 million defamation suit against Lively, escalating the conflict.

According to Baldoni’s legal filings, Lively name-dropped Swift to push for changes in the film’s production, even claiming Swift attended a post-production meeting at Lively’s New York City apartment.

This revelation has put Swift in the spotlight, with reports suggesting she might be subpoenaed to testify under oath.
Lively’s attorney, Mike Gottlieb, addressed the speculation in an exclusive interview with People.

“It’s completely unclear what claims or defenses in the case any of these celebrities… have any relevance to at all,” Gottlieb said, questioning the need to involve Swift, along with Lively’s husband, Ryan Reynolds, and his Deadpool & Wolverine co-star Hugh Jackman.
